Jaipur.The four-day Food Festival kicked off on Thursday at Hotel Golden Tulip on MI Road, Jaipur, drawing enthusiastic crowds of food lovers from the city and beyond. Themed around “Military Food Culture,” this year’s edition brings together a unique fusion of taste and tradition, offering visitors a delicious journey through diverse culinary experiences.

One of the major attractions of the festival is its 156 curated dishes, featuring an exquisite mix of Indian, Continental, Chinese, and traditional Rajasthani cuisines. The event has created quite a buzz among locals and tourists alike, turning the hotel into a vibrant hub of flavor and festivity.

Shyam Bhardwaj, General Manager of Hotel Golden Tulip, shared that the festival began on Thursday and will continue until Sunday. “This year’s theme celebrates the food culture from different military regions across India. Each dish not only tells a story but also showcases its cultural background, giving food lovers an immersive cultural and culinary experience,” he said.

Dinesh Rawat, Hotel Operations Manager, emphasized that the event aims to introduce people to the richness of Indian cuisine and promote local food traditions. The festival has been thoughtfully divided into sections, including Sweets, Snacks, Street Food, Live Cooking, and a Dessert Zone.

According to Chef Jitendra Shekhawat, the festival is nothing short of a celebration for food enthusiasts. “Families and youth have been enjoying traditional delicacies like Dal Baati Churma, Gatte ki Sabzi, and Rajasthani Thali, while global favorites like Pasta, Sushi, and Grilled Dishes are also being relished. We plan to introduce even more dishes in future editions to ensure every visit brings something new for our guests,” he added.

More than just a culinary event, this Food Festival is a vibrant celebration of India’s rich food heritage and cultural diversity — offering an unforgettable experience for all ages.
