Outrage Over Women’s Reservation: Deputy CM Diya Kumari Targets Opposition, Says Insult to Women Will Not Be Tolerated

 

Jaipur: Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari launched a sharp attack on opposition parties over the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam. Addressing the BJP Mahila Morcha’s Jan Aakrosh Mahila Sammelan in Jaipur, she said that the opposition, including Congress, opposing the Women’s Reservation Bill in Parliament is an injustice to the rights of women in the country.

In the presence of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, Diya Kumari addressed women from across the state, stating that such a stance is against women’s empowerment and hinders their progress. She added that aware and conscious women of the country will remember this issue and respond in the upcoming elections.

During the event, Diya Kumari also participated in an outrage rally along with women supporters.

The conference was attended by Minister of State for Women and Child Development Manju Baghmar, Jaipur MP Manju Sharma, BJP State Vice Presidents Alka Mundra and Sarita Gaina, State Minister Ekta Agarwal, and Mahila Morcha State President Rakhi Rathore, along with a large number of women representatives, office bearers, and party workers.
