Jaipur. The May meeting of the Jaipur Intellectual Group (JIG) was organized today with the theme “Books, Memories and an Evening of Our Own.” Host Prerna warmly welcomed all members and introduced the theme of the evening.
During the program, members shared their experiences related to books, memorable anecdotes, and thoughts on the importance of literature in life. The discussion highlighted that books are not only a source of knowledge but also true companions of emotions, memories, and life experiences.
Members recalled how books, novels, poems, and inspirational literature read during childhood still hold a special place in their memories. The meeting also emphasized that even in the modern digital age, the importance of books has not diminished. Books help individuals become more sensitive, broaden their thinking, and provide mental peace.
