Jaipur A special Trek Walk, Self-Connection and Mindfulness Workshop was organised at Kishan Bagh Sand Dune Park on October 3 by the Global Happiness Festival and Authentic Owls, offering participants an opportunity to reconnect with nature and themselves away from their daily routines.
The experience was led by Shweta Chopra, holistic well-being coach and founder of Authentic Owls. Through a guided trek and mindfulness activities, participants were encouraged to look inward, understand their thoughts and reflect on the direction of their lives.
The central theme of the workshop was ‘Prakriti – Prana – Sankalp’ (Nature – Breath – Intention). Participants connected with nature, became aware of their breath and inner energy, and reflected on their intentions and clarity for the next phase of their lives. Activities involving silence, mindfulness, self-dialogue and observation of nature helped participants experience a deeper connection with themselves.
People from different age groups and professional backgrounds participated in the event. Walking together through nature, participants interacted with one another, formed new friendships and experienced a sense of community through shared conversations and activities. Refreshments were also arranged for the participants after the trek.
At the conclusion of the programme, participants returned with a sense of inner peace, greater self-awareness and clarity about their next steps.
The event was part of the pre-event series of the Global Happiness Festival & Forum 2026. The main festival will be held on October 10 and 11 at Birla Auditorium, Jaipur, in collaboration with the Kogta Foundation, ST Foundation and World Happiness Foundation.
The Global Happiness Festival aims to connect people with various dimensions of happiness and well-being—including physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual well-being—and inspire them towards a more positive and fulfilling life through experiential activities.
