Jaipur: Hilton Jaipur has announced the much-awaited return of its popular Punjabi food festival, ‘Sucha Da Dhaba 2.0,’ bringing back an immersive celebration of authentic North Indian flavors. This limited-period pop-up is being hosted at the hotel’s signature dining destination Aurum from 13 February to 22 February. Following the success of its first edition, the festival once again invites guests to experience the rich and heart-warming tastes of Punjab.
‘Sucha Da Dhaba 2.0’ recreates the distinctive charm and authenticity of Amritsar’s iconic roadside eateries in Jaipur. The festival is a specially curated culinary journey inspired by traditional recipes and age-old cooking techniques passed down through generations. It is curated in collaboration with Chef VP Singh from Kulcha Land, ensuring a truly rooted and genuine Punjabi dining experience.
