Jaipur. The Pink City was immersed in devotion as thousands of devotees gathered for the grand Jagannath Rath Yatra organized by Gupt Vrindavan Dham. The spiritual procession drew devotees from across Jaipur, who came together to seek the blessings of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Goddess Subhadra.
Devotees enthusiastically pulled the beautifully decorated, remotely operated chariot with their own hands while chanting "Jai Jagannath". As the divine chariot moved through the streets of Jaipur, devotees performed aarti and filled the atmosphere with continuous Hare Krishna Sankirtan.
The Rath Yatra commenced from Jaipur Hotel near Collectorate Circle and passed through Khasa Kothi Flyover, Ganpati Plaza, Government Hostel Crossing, Panch Batti Circle, Ajmeri Gate, and Albert Hall, before concluding with a grand Maha Aarti at Shri Shiv Satsang Bhavan, Ram Niwas Bagh. Along the route, devotees welcomed the deities with flowers, fruits, lamps, coconuts, and traditional offerings.
As part of the annual tradition, volunteers of Gupt Vrindavan Dham carried out a special Temple Cleaning Service (Mandir Marjan Seva) at several temples across Jaipur a day before the Rath Yatra.
Amitasana Das, President of Gupt Vrindavan Dham, said that according to sacred scriptures, anyone who pulls the chariot of Lord Jagannath with devotion is freed from the cycle of rebirth. He added that receiving the blessings of the Lord during the Rath Yatra helps devotees attain spiritual purification and liberation from sins.
The grand procession transformed Jaipur into a vibrant celebration of faith, devotion, and spiritual unity, with the chants of "Jai Jagannath" resonating throughout the city.
