Jaipur: To spread the message of fitness, mental well-being and environmental conservation, a group of cyclists led by Jai Arora completed a nearly 50-kilometre cycling ride in Jaipur on Independence Day. Through the ride, participants encouraged people to adopt a healthy lifestyle, save fuel, stay connected with nature and embrace the spirit of freedom in their daily lives.
The cycling ride was joined by Jai Arora, Neha Rathore, Dr. Harsha, Arpit, Varun, Vivek, Yugal, Palak, Samyak, Sunny and Yash Kalra, along with other cyclists.
The participants said cycling is not merely a form of physical exercise but also an effective way to boost self-confidence, reduce stress and develop mental strength.
Jai Arora, owner of Fit Core Gym, said, “Fitness is not only about making the body stronger; it is about becoming better every day and exploring new limits of one’s potential. Cycling keeps both the body and mind active and positive.”
Arpit, Varun, Vivek, Yugal, Palak, Samyak and Sunny said the 50-kilometre ride encouraged them to test their abilities and keep pushing themselves forward. They urged youngsters to set challenging goals and work towards achieving them while developing both physical fitness and mental resilience.
Yash Kalra said protecting the environment is our moral responsibility. He added that a healthy and better India can be built by taking responsibility towards nature while continuously working on self-improvement.
The cyclists said the Independence Day ride provided an opportunity to enjoy the fresh air while remembering the struggle for freedom and the priceless value of independence. At the same time, the ride conveyed the message of adopting a healthy lifestyle and protecting the environment.
