Jaipur. Kanoria School of Law for Women, Jaipur, celebrated Teachers’ Day on September 5 with a vibrant programme themed “Floral Fiesta.” The event featured music, entertainment and a variety of performances dedicated to expressing respect and gratitude towards teachers.
College Director Dr. Rashmi Chaturvedi, Principal Dr. Vartika Arora, along with all teaching and non-teaching staff members, attended the celebration.
The programme began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, followed by an address by Student Union President Manveer Kaur, who expressed gratitude for the invaluable contribution, guidance and support of the teachers. Students presented captivating dance performances, while entertaining games, singing and an emotional poetry recital added colour and energy to the celebrations.
A special highlight of the event was the participation of the teachers themselves, who enthusiastically performed and entertained the audience. A much-awaited title distribution ceremony was also organised to recognise the personalities and unique contributions of the teachers. Special titles were presented to members of the non-teaching staff as well, acknowledging their valuable contribution to the institution.
Speaking on the occasion, College Director Dr. Rashmi Chaturvedi said that teachers also learn something new from every student. Principal Dr. Vartika Arora thanked the students for organising the grand celebration and said that students play an important role in preserving the college’s traditions and passing them on to new students.
The celebrations concluded with a surprise dance performance for the teachers, a special video presentation and cake cutting. The programme was hosted by students Pranil and Tanvi, while Palak Raj delivered the vote of thanks.
The “Floral Fiesta” celebration turned Teachers’ Day into a memorable occasion filled with joy, respect, gratitude and warmth.
