Jaipur. This September, Hilton Jaipur invites guests to embark on a specially curated culinary journey celebrating the rich and diverse food heritage of India’s capital. “Dus Din Dilli Ke”, a special food promotion, will be hosted at Aurum, Hilton Jaipur, from September 5 to 13, 2026.
From the historic lanes around Jama Masjid and the bustling streets of Old Delhi to the royal flavours of Mughlai kitchens, “Dus Din Dilli Ke” brings together the many culinary stories that have shaped Delhi’s food culture. The experience showcases Delhi as a melting pot where Mughlai influences, Punjabi flavours, iconic street food, traditional family recipes and contemporary tastes come together.
A chef specially travelling from Delhi to Jaipur will present authentic flavours of the capital, highlighting traditional recipes, time-honoured culinary techniques and the distinctive character of Delhi’s celebrated food culture.
Jama Masjid – The Kebab Street
The culinary journey begins with “Jama Masjid – The Kebab Street,” featuring an assortment of special kebabs, including Jama Masjid Seekh Kebab, Mutton Shami Kebab, Tawa Galouti Kebab, Chicken Malai Tikka, Boti Kebab, Mutton Chapli Kebab, Burra Kebab, Reshmi Kebab and Dilli-style Fish Tikka.
These delicacies will be accompanied by traditional Roomali Roti, mint chutney, lachha onions, pickles and green chillies.
Matia Mahal – The Mughlai Dastarkhwan
Guests can then experience “Matia Mahal – The Mughlai Dastarkhwan,” offering an indulgent selection of rich Mughlai delicacies such as Chicken Changezi, Mutton Korma, Nihari Gosht, Murgh Musallam, Dilli-style Butter Chicken, Mutton Biryani and Chicken Biryani.
A highlight of the experience will be Slow-Cooked Dilli Nihari, served with freshly prepared Khameeri Roti and traditional accompaniments.
Delhi’s Vegetarian Flavours
The promotion also gives special emphasis to Delhi’s rich vegetarian cuisine. Guests can savour Dilli Wala Paneer Do Pyaza, Nizami Subz Handi, Dilli Nawabi Kofta, Shahi Soya Korma, Dilli Ki Shahi Deg, Chole Aloo Chandni Chowk Style and Dilli Makhani Subz.
Purani Dilli – The Street Food Bazaar
Capturing the energy of Delhi’s famous lanes and street-food culture, “Purani Dilli – The Street Food Bazaar” features some of the city’s most-loved delicacies.
The spread includes Daulat Ki Chaat, Dahi Bhalla, Papdi Chaat, Aloo Tikki, Ram Ladoo, Chole Kulche, Bedmi Poori, Samosa and Jalebi. A live chaat station will further recreate the vibrant street-food experience of Old Delhi.
Dilli Ki Roti & Paratha Gali
The culinary journey continues to “Dilli Ki Roti & Paratha Gali,” where a live counter will serve freshly prepared Roomali Roti, Sheermal, Khameeri Roti, Ulta Tawa Paratha, Bedmi Poori, Aloo Paratha, Keema Paratha and Butter Naan, cooked fresh on the tandoor and tawa.
Dilli Ki Meethai Gali
The experience concludes at “Dilli Ki Meethai Gali,” where traditional sweets take centre stage. Guests can enjoy Daulat Ki Chaat, Jalebi & Rabri, Shahi Tukda, Kulfi Falooda, Kesar Phirni, Gajar Halwa, Kaju Katli and Motichoor Laddoo, along with traditional Delhi-style halwas including Sohan Halwa, Moong Dal Halwa and Urad Dal Gond Halwa.
