A grand Dedication Day celebration was held at the Swaminarayan Akshardham Mandir in Jaipur, in the divine presence of Param Pujya Brahmaswarup Mahant Swami Maharaj. On this auspicious occasion, Swamiji was welcomed with great joy and devotion in traditional Rajasthani style, featuring a variety of local delicacies, folk dances, and floral garlands.
Mahant Swami Maharaj performed the foundation stone laying ceremony (Shilanyas Puja) for a new Satsang Hall to be constructed within the temple premises. The hall, designed to accommodate approximately 2,500 devotees, will serve as a space for regular spiritual assemblies and discourses, enriching the spiritual journey of all attendees. In a heartfelt expression of faith and devotion, devotees participated in a Pushpa-Tula (flower-weighing ceremony) for Thakurji, contributing towards the Satsang Hall construction.
The celebration saw the participation of over 50 saints and thousands of devotees from across India and abroad, who gathered to receive the darshan and blessings of Mahant Swami Maharaj.
In his spiritual address, Mahant Swami Maharaj shared:
We should give without expectation. In the eyes of God, there is no rich or poor, no big or small. Service to God purifies our inner self and brings about a transformation of the heart. The true reward of seva (selfless service) is attaining God’s eternal abode – Akshardham.”
As part of the ongoing spiritual events, October 4 will mark the celebration of Women’s Day, and on October 5, a grand Youth Conference will be held, where over 1,500 young participants will benefit from spiritual guidance. The youth will also be inspired by Pujya Dr. Gyanvatsal Swami, renowned for his motivational and spiritual insights.
