Jaipur: On the occasion of International Workers' Day, a special program was organized in Jaipur under the aegis of the Rashtriya Mazdoor Congress and the Bharat Seva Sansthan. The event featured a free medical camp along with a seminar focused on workers’ welfare.
Addressing the seminar, chief speaker Dr. Vivek Sharma, a pediatrician, emphasized that the “dignity of labour” must be ensured for workers, as it is essential for a healthy and progressive society.
The program was presided over by Jagdish Raj Shrimali, State President of Indian National Trade Union Congress and former State Minister. The chief guest of the event was Girdhari Singh Bapna, former Advocate General.
A large number of workers participated in the program and shared their views. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the program coordinator Ashim Khan.
