Hilton Jaipur Presents “56 Dukan Indore Food Trail” — A Celebration of Madhya Pradesh’s Rich Culinary Heritage

Jaipur. Hilton Jaipur is set to take food lovers on a flavorful journey through the iconic streets of Indore, the culinary capital of Madhya Pradesh, with the launch of the “56 Dukan Indore Food Trail.” The specially curated food festival celebrates the city’s rich heritage, legendary delicacies, and vibrant street food culture.

The festival will be held from June 12 to June 21, 2026, at Aurum Restaurant at Hilton Jaipur. Inspired by Indore’s world-famous 56 Dukan, a bustling food destination that evolved from a cluster of 56 shops into one of India’s most celebrated food streets, the festival promises an authentic taste of Malwa.

More than just a food festival, the event is a tribute to Indore’s traditions, memories, and culinary soul. Every dish tells a story, bringing alive the flavors and nostalgia of the city’s lively lanes.

Hilton Jaipur’s culinary team has recreated Indore’s most beloved specialties with authenticity and finesse. Guests can enjoy live cooking stations, interactive food counters, traditional presentations, and an elaborate buffet showcasing the distinctive flavors of the Malwa region.

Among the highlights are Khopra Patties, Garadu Chaat, Flying Dahi Vada, Khatta Samosa, Ratlami Sev-Crusted Paneer, Bhutte Ki Kees, Dal Bafla, Sev Tamatar Ki Sabzi, Malvi Kadhi Pakoda, Paneer Jeeravan Masala, Tawa Chicken Indori, and Shikari Jungli Chicken, along with several other regional favorites.

Live stations will serve specialties such as Bhutte Ki Kees, Tari Poha Pulao, Indori Namkeen, Banjo (Indore’s famous Bun Omelette), Dal Kachori with Aloo Sabzi, dishes inspired by the iconic Johnny Hot Dog, Dosa Craft, and Jhanjhat Masala Sandwich, offering guests an immersive experience of Indore’s vibrant street food culture.

The culinary experience will be complemented by a range of signature beverages, including traditional Indori Shikanji, Jeeravan Lemon Soda, Kala Khatta Cooler, Mango Shikanji, Jamun Soda, and Masala Chaas.

Dessert enthusiasts can indulge in sweet treats such as Jaleba with Rabri, Mawa Bati, Malpua with Rabri, Rabri Falooda, Kulfi Falooda, Shahi Tukda, and the famous Sanche Ki Ice Cream.

To complete the experience, the venue will be transformed with a specially curated market-themed décor inspired by Indore’s iconic 56 Dukan, creating an immersive and memorable atmosphere for guests.
