Jaipur: The three-day India Food Business Expo 2026 commenced on a grand scale at the Rajasthan International Centre (RIC), jointly organized by the Rajasthan Udyog Vyapar Mahasangh and TPN Solutions. Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Prem Chand Bairwa inaugurated the expo and highlighted the immense investment opportunities in food processing and agriculture-based industries in Rajasthan.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Bairwa said that the state government is making continuous efforts to promote the food industry, encourage local enterprises and create employment opportunities through various schemes aimed at boosting agricultural products and food processing.
Jaipur MP Manju Sharma, former minister Kalicharan Saraf and MLA Balmukundacharya visited the expo and encouraged exhibitors, visitors and organizers. The inaugural ceremony was also attended by Rajasthan Chamber President Dr. K.L. Jain, Forti President Suresh Agrawal, MSME Deputy Director Madhukar Sharma, CAT State General Secretary Hemant Prabhakar and Kirana King MD Anoop Khandelwal.
Chairman of Rajasthan Udyog Vyapar Mandal, Dr. Arun Agrawal, and President Jagdish Somani said that the objective of the three-day event is to bring industrialists, dealers and distributors associated with the food industry onto a common platform and generate greater business and employment opportunities in the food processing sector.
TPN Solutions Director Jitendra Goyal said that this is the first time a food expo of this scale has been organized by local stakeholders in Rajasthan. Earlier, outside event companies used to conduct such exhibitions. The response has been overwhelming, with more than 3,000 visitors and serious trade buyers from across the state visiting the expo on the very first day.
The second day of the expo will feature two special sessions focusing on food technology and emerging opportunities in the food business sector.
