A grand social and cultural evening titled “Khamma Ghani, Masti Ghani” was organised by Shaam-e-Shabd, a platform dedicated to art and culture in the city. Based entirely on a vibrant Rajasthani theme, the colourful evening featured a spectacular performance by Yusuf Khan, a renowned artiste from the Bapang Musical Group, who enthralled the audience with his soulful performance.
Shaam-e-Shabd is a platform that provides artists and art enthusiasts an opportunity to showcase their talent. The group organises events every month based on different themes, bringing together music, poetry, dance and various other art forms.
More than 80 members are currently associated with the platform. It was founded by Deepa Mathur, Abhishek Mishra, Varun Bhansali and Nikhil Kapoor. Kamla Poddar and Vinod Bhardwaj serve as advisors to Majlis, while Reshma Khan, Chetna Sharma and Pushpendra Upadhyay are part of its leadership team.
The objective of Shaam-e-Shabd Majlis is to promote local talent and encourage cultural activities by providing artists with a platform to express their creativity.
The event received special support from Pariworld, a live and artificial plant company, and Shailendra Singh Designs, whose contribution added to the grandeur and success of the programme.
The captivating evening was hosted by Pushpendra and Chetan, who kept the audience engaged and brought vibrancy to the entire programme with their lively presentation.
