Jaipur. JECRC University has made an impressive start to the Placement Season 2027, with 233 students securing placements at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). The achievement reinforces the university's strong placement record and reflects the combined efforts of students, faculty, and the training and placement team.
189 Students Receive Premium Offers
Among the selected candidates, 189 students secured premium offers from TCS:
- 80 students were selected under TCS Prime with an annual package of ₹9 lakh.
- 109 students received TCS Digital offers with an annual package of ₹7 lakh.
- 44 students were selected under TCS Ninja with an annual package of ₹3.6 lakh.
The outstanding results have created an atmosphere of celebration across the university campus.
Director HR Mukta Bihari said that while there has been widespread discussion about the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on employment, the selection of 233 students by TCS demonstrates that technology still depends on human intelligence, knowledge, and skills. He emphasized that while technology will continue to evolve, people will always play the key role in developing, directing, and effectively utilizing it.
Vice Chairperson Arpit Agrawal said that every new batch joins JECRC University with aspirations for a successful future. He noted that the university strives not only to promise opportunities but also to deliver tangible results that strengthen students' confidence. He added that the remarkable beginning to Placement Season 2027 reflects the dedication of students, faculty members, and the Training and Placement Cell, and expressed confidence that students would achieve even greater success in the months ahead.
Director Training Mukesh Agrawal said the success was the outcome of consistent training and industry-focused preparation. Students are trained from the beginning of their academic journey according to the recruitment processes followed by leading companies, enabling them to perform confidently in interviews and assessments. He added that this is only the beginning of the placement season, with many more top companies expected to visit the campus.
Major General T. K. Das, Director, Training, said that a student's success depends not only on academic performance but also on preparation, discipline, and self-confidence. He said the university is committed to developing these qualities in every student, and the TCS placement results are proof of that commitment.
Sharing her experience, Tanvi Tater, a resident of Guwahati, Assam, who was selected under TCS Prime, said that receiving the offer was a proud moment, but seeing the joy and pride on her parents' faces made it the most memorable moment of her life. She credited JECRC University for supporting students throughout the placement process through regular training sessions, mock interviews, continuous guidance from the Training and Placement Cell, and encouragement from faculty members, which helped her secure the opportunity.
