Phagotsav Celebrated with Grandeur in Jaipur, Devotees Soaked in Flowers and Gulal

 

Jaipur: The festival of Phagotsav was celebrated with great enthusiasm and devotion at Gokul Vatika on Monday. The event was held in the divine presence of Radha Vallabh sect head and chief pontiff Jai Jai Sarkar Goswami Prem Kumar Maharaj, Goswami Hitendra Kumar Maharaj, and Goswami Priyansh Maharaj (Chhoti Sarkar) from Hit Dham, Vrindavan.

Devotees and Rasik Vaishnavs gathered in large numbers to attend the celebration, listen to the spiritual discourses of the revered saints, and participate in the traditional Phoolon ki Holi (flower Holi). The entire परिसर was filled with vibrant colors as flowers and gulal were joyfully showered during the festivities.

On the occasion of Holi, Phagotsav was observed with immense zeal and devotion. A large number of devotees, including women dressed in traditional attire, took part in the celebrations. The atmosphere was filled with devotional songs and bhajans, as participants danced and rejoiced in the spirit of the festival.

Organizers Suresh Tank, Rajendra Tank, and Vishnu Tank informed that during the event, bhajan artists from Vrindavan, Sanganer, and Madhya Pradesh presented traditional Holi songs and devotional music, captivating the audience. The temple court was beautifully decorated with colorful flowers and attractive arrangements.
